Greystone Development was founded in 1980 by Eugene Love with the purchase of his first gut rehab project in the historic Bronzeville neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. Located on MLK Drive this “gray stone” acquisition became the first of many challenging residential and commercial construction projects completed by Greystone Development.

Today, Eugene Love along with Frederick Love has tied together their real estate development, remodeling, environmental sciences, sub-surface development, and home restoration experience into Greystone Construction Services.
